This is our Happy Little Man in his Halloween Costume. He was Tyrone from the Backyardigans. So cute. He went trick or treating with his buddy Nathan who was a lion. Colby really enjoyed himself. Walking up to people's house's and showing everyone his costume was a highlight. I don't think he even really noticed the candy till we got home. He has a meltdown when it was time to come home. All good things come to an end with Toddler. Fun usually ends in tears but we had Nathan and his family over for a nice meal together and a movie after Colby went to bed. Fun to have friends in town and enjoy a little holiday fun.

I think that He is in such a fun stage. Most holidays are so new to him but he can understand so much better what we are doing. Growing up is fun. I can truely say that I have enjoyed every stage as they come with Challenges and Accomplishments and Tender moments that make your heart melt. Like after a long day I layed down on the sofa and Colby brought me a blanket so I would be warm. Such a Sweetheart. Gotta love it when they pick up on cues.
