This January we got to go spend some time in Bc. The weather was awesome. It only rained one day out of the 10 days we were there. We got to stay at my folks house. They have a great town house that had room for all of us. We went to Grandville Island, Ikea, and even had a date night without Colby. Grandma and Grandpa and Aunty Kristen watched him so that me and Dan could have a night out. We went for wings and a movie. It was so nice to visit with family. Some of my aunts and uncles on my mom's side of the family came up from the states to visit too! We spent some time with my dad's family too. Went for walks, had family dinners and Colby even got a guitar lesson from Aunty Linda's Music Factory. He loved playing with thier instruments. Anyways it was great to see Mom and Dad and Kristen especially. I hope that some day that we live closer together so that we can share more time like this. Love you guys.

It is great to be able to spend time like that with family. I am so glad you were able to get out for a visit and also enjoy some couple time. My parents do that for us to once in a while. It is a win, win. They get to spend time with their grandchildren and we get to spend time together. Yeah!
