5 months

Well, I am about 5 months now (1st picture) and have grown quite a bit since the last picture. It just seemed like out of nowhere I got giant. Oh well. We got our ultrasound. Everything looks good. We didn't find out the sex of the baby. The technition said it was a good thing that we didn't have our hearts set on knowing because she wasn't even sure what it was. So we just say He instead of it. I don't like IT or he/she/ That just sounds wrong so we are going to call it a he. However this does not reflect our prediction of the sex of our baby. I just think it's less offensive to call a girl a boy than to call a boy a girl. Anyway that was my ramble.
We have now both felt the baby move that was exciting. Baby likes coffee and sugar. He get's real excited about those things.
We are very excited and can hardly wait for september. We thank God that everything is going well.

The second picture is me at about 3 months or 12 weeks, for those of you who prefer the weeks system.

Awww...you look very cute. :) And your belly is definitely not huge. ;) Just wait till you get to the 8-9 month mark! hehe. :) It's not THAT bad though...I'm doing it for the 2nd time around! The best part is feeling the bayb move though!! I'm very excited to hear about your little one one he (or she!) arrives in sept.!!

I know what you mean about all of a sudden getting giant :) with my second you would barely say I looked pregnant until about 22weeks and then i got giant! it's like it just all popped out :) it's really fun though, feeling baby move! I missed it a little after having my babies :) take care, Ellen

Looking great Erin! I hope you're feeling great too. Looking forward to finding out what he/she is too....I think it will be a girl, as they are harder to determine, so might be why the tech couldn't tell! Usually boys are pretty obvious.... :)

yay!!!! Thanks for posting pictures, Erin. You look so cute!!!!!!!!! I wish I was there so I could touch your belly :) That's so exciting that you've felt him move. I find it exciting that the movements keep getting more and more exciting as each week goes by because they get stronger and do different things. So it only gets better! :)
